Fabián Salas is a superb tango teacher, dancer, and choreographer.
He was a member of the original cast (1994-1995) of the award-winning
(Best Musical) argentine tango show "Gotán", and also performed in the
stage show "El Patio de la Morocha" (1993-1994) at the "Teatro Municipal
General San Martin" in Buenos Aires. In 1997 Fabián became one of the three
principal dancers in "The Tango Lesson", an award winning film by Sally Potter.
Tireless researcher and maestro, remarkable dancer and connoisseur of the
secrets of tango, Fabián Salas has brought light to old beliefs and opened
new ways in the conception of the dance, creating an unmistakable style of
dancing the Tango. He is acclaimed as a teacher and performer by the tango
lovers around the world. Fabián's classes are straightforward and fun. He speaks English. The
dance patterns and steps he teaches are many times deceivingly simple
but very useful for solon dancing. His teaching style is patient,
playful, and instructive. Highly recommended.
